Launched in the UK, Banijay Embrace champions our Black, Asian and ethnically diverse talent, with Angela Ferreira, MD Douglas Road and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Ambassador for Banijay UK, and Michelle Adevor at the helm. It strives to drive positive change, providing a safe space for discussion via events and initiatives as well as further support the inclusion strategies and practices across the business and the industry at large.
