BUILDING PASS
You will need a visitor pass to move around the building which will be given to you upon arrival.
It will grant you access to the building and the parking garage between 7am –8pm on weekdays. Please don’t forget to hand-in your entrance pass at the end of each day.
CANTEEN &
COFFEEHOUSE
The canteen is located on the ground floor. Opening hours are Monday – Friday for lunch between 12pm– 1:30pm and for dinner between 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
The Coffeehouse ‘De Huiskamer’ is also located on the ground floor.
IT SUPPORT
The IT department is based on the 6th floor. You can contact them via:

Going Green
In the kitchen, there are various options for paper waste: a blue bin for general paper, a confidential bin and a shredder.
Kitchen
On the 1st floor, you will find coffee, tea, water as well as fresh fruits. Please bring back any used cups or plates to the kitchen and put it away accordingly (either in one of the recycling bins or in the dishwasher).

FIRE SAFETY
In case of an emergency, an Emergency Response Team (ERT) is available to all employees within the MediArena building, with representatives on each floor. Security signs are placed across the floor in the hallways and close to all exits. In the event of an alarm, you should leave your desk immediately and exit the building via the nearest staircase.
