Located on the ground and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 8:30pm. Outside of these hours, the reception is covered by security staff.

BUILDING PASS
A name badge will be given to you upon your arrival at the front desk. Please inform our office manager (Judith.henry@banijay.com) a few days prior to your arrival.

Ordinary mail
You can leave your mail at the front desk, it is collected every day at 5pm.
Express courier
Reception can order a courier for you.
DHL International Express Delivery and package
Please refer to our office manager, Judith.henry@banijay.com for any DHL international shipment and big package.
Meeting rooms
3 conference rooms are located on the basement floor and are equipped with a screen and a Teams video conference system. To book a conference room, please contact our office manager: Judith.henry@banijay.com.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is located on the basement floor of the building.
Pastries, fruits, juices, soda, coffee, and tea are provided every day.
The area is equipped with refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.
Foodles smart fridge with weekly rotating menus are accessible via the Foodles App 24/7.
Going Green
Our planet is incredibly important to us and as such, we are taking the necessary steps to reduce our carbon footprint and our overall impact on the environment. Recycling bins are located in the kitchen.
Security cameras
Surveillance cameras are located on each floor for security and safety purposes.
Gym & Fitness sessions
A fully equipped gym is located on the basement floor and is accessible from 7am to 10pm. Lockers and showers are located right next to the gym. Fitness sessions are scheduled every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:15 to 1:15pm by a professional trainer.
